The Asian Festival of Speed (AFOS) held by Motorsport Asia to be an appealing testing ground for their skills.
It aims to develop Asian motor sport and build strong, lasting and mutual benefit relationships between sponsors, teams, circuit owners, fans and the media. It offers spectators and television audiences a treat.
Formula BMW Asia will see ultra- modern standard specification race cars compete with each other. The PCCA will be one of the fastest 'one- make series' races in the world. Events will be held in Malaysia, Korea, China, Indonesia, Thailand, Taiwan and Macau. The development of AFOS owes much to MAL, a company set up in 1996 by David Sonenscher.
The show is broadcast through the ESPN Star Sports network and aired in 16 countries namely Korea, China, Taiwan, Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Brunei, Macau, Hong Kong, Vietnam, and Myanmar. Besides that, the programmers can also be seen on terrestrial television in countries in the South Asia region.
Timings vary depending on the race.
