Why Arrest Someone After They’ve Climbed A Skyscraper?

Last night, I wrote about a severed-cow-head anti-Hindu protest in Malaysia. In other news from Malaysia, French climber Alain Robert was arrested after climbing to the top of one of the Patronas towers in Kuala Lumpur.
